Be available for calls with prospective Basware Customers

Prior to any organisation deciding to partner with Basware, prospective customers may want to speak to an existing customer with similar needs or challenges. This could be based on their industry, region of operations, integrations, ERP setup, etc. If you agree to be available for reference calls, we will always contact you first before sharing your details and, of course, you will always have the right of refusal.

Be available for interviews with Industry Analysts

On a regular basis, Basware is assessed by industry analysts to determine our position in the marketplace. These assessments are vital in informing both prospective and existing customers on Basware's health as an organisation. Part of the process involves interviewing customers for their honest opinion on Basware's products and services.

Submit Reviews of Basware to Gartner Peer Insights

Gartner Peer Insights is the leading online platform for ratings and reviews of enterprise technology solutions by end-user professionals for end-user professionals.

While there are a number of review sites in the market Basware has decided focus efforts on asking customers to submit reviews to Peer Insights. Alongside the incentives Gartner offers, for every review submitted Basware donates $100 to the WHO COVID-19 Response Fund.
