User Testing Community – Open Participation
At Basware, we believe the best products are built with the people who use them. That’s why we are creating the Basware User Testing Community - a place where you can help shape the future of our products and services.
By joining, you can share feedback on new ideas, influence improvements, and help us create better user experiences. Your insights will help us build solutions that better support you and your organization.
Period: Ongoing
Engagement Type: User testing participation
Estimated Time: 30–60 minutes per testing session
Recommended Participant: All users, for example, Accounts Payable (AP) clerks, managers, procurement professionals.
Collaboration type: You can do tests via a shared link in your own time.
What does Participation Involve: If you join the user testing community, you may be invited to participate in user testing sessions that match your role and experience with Basware solutions. Most sessions can be completed independently through a shared link at a time that works best for you. Depending on the tested features, you may be asked to share feedback on new features or designs, complete simple tasks using design prototypes, or join usability discussions with our product and design teams.
Participation is always optional, and you can decide case by case whether to join. Joining the community does not require an ongoing commitment.
