Basware is exploring how to build user confidence to system when invoices have been matched using artificial intelligence without strict configuration. Today, the system highlights similarities and errors with limited detail—leaving users unsure of what’s expected, even after long-term use.

 

We invite you to join a co-creation initiative to help identify real-world use cases where AI can deliver tangible value by guiding users toward the correct follow-up actions.

 

We’re especially interested in areas where AI could assist, such as:

- Suggesting and assisting with matching PO lines and goods receipts to unmatched invoice lines

- Highlight invoices and invoice lines that are matched with SmartMatching logic

- Show SmartMatching success in Insights
