Co-Creation Roadmap

At Basware, we are investigating how advanced AI can significantly enhance the manual PO invoice matching process—especially in situations where invoices fail due to price differences. At present, the system shows these discrepancies with minimal explanation, often leaving even experienced users unsure about the correct next steps.

 

We are inviting customers to join a co creation initiative to help us uncover the most valuable real world scenarios where AI guidance can reduce effort, improve clarity, and accelerate resolution when price deviations occur.

 

We are especially interested in understanding where an AI powered Matching Agent could support users by:

- Clearly explaining the root cause of a price difference and recommending the most appropriate next step, based on historical invoice matching behavior.
