Co-Creation Roadmap

Basware is looking to discuss the user interaction for following up on missing payments by AR clerks and Collectors. This includes invoice tracking to see invoices that have been sent, deliveries failed or not, invoice paid or not, disputed; sending due date reminders via e-mail based on criterias (e.g. due date); assiging workflows per customer (groups), Insights, etc.
